Alliance Fran?aise Marseille's main objective is to develop students' communication skills for situations encountered in daily or professional life.
Its strong point is the personalization of courses in order to meet students' expectations.
For this, the number of students in each class is limited in order to better estimate the progress of the whole class and to make easier personalized corrections and the participation of each trainee.

All teachers are university graduates, specialized in teaching French as a foreign language. The pedagogic team is mainly made of full time teachers who are able to offer a constant follow-up to students. Constant attention is given to the updating of methods and creation of a relaxed classroom atmosphere conducive to study. Professors take time to discuss student objectives, motivations and progress.

City presentation

Aix and Marseille are both located nearby the Mediterranean Sea. This region has a long history, starting under the Roman Empire, where Aix and Marseilles where already considered as leaders in terms of education. This tradition is so deep-rooted that even nowadays; students' formation is a priority.
With more than 1 000 000 inhabitants, those cities are highly attractive. Situated in the south of France, they enjoy an excellent climate, the proximity of the sea and an exceptional historical background.
Located on the way between Italy and Spain, this area has always been an important business centre. Not only this region is important in the European market, but Marseille, the first commercial French port, is also the link between Europe and Africa.
Aix-Marseille is very dynamic and especially on the agro food industry, research laboratories and telecommunication. This region offers many opportunities to students who would like to find a part-time job.

As a dynamic (less than 8% unemployment rate) and very tourist city, the part time job opportunities are numerous from the services to the high tech industries. The teaching is done par university graduated teachers specialized in teaching French to foreigners. Teachers are using the latest teaching methods, using communication and multimedia support.

The methodology is based on a lively and real-life approach to the French language. It enables students to acquire a wide knowledge of the language and to develop your communication skills.

Teachers ( All have University degrees and are French native speakers) use a wide range of documents; original documents, newspaper articles, comics, videos, French films and song extracts - which aim to stimulate the student to learn and to speak French.

Standard course: a maximum of 12 students per class ¨C 20 lessons of 45 min per week and courses start every Monday.
Intensive course: Standard course with additional activities in small groups of a maximum of 8 students ¨C 30 lessons of 45 min per week
Term standard or intensive course: a maximum of 12 students per class ¨C 20 or 30 lessons of 45 min per week
Azurlingua is a certified preparation center for the DELF (dipl?me d'¨¦tude en langue fran?aise) - DALF (dipl?me approfondi en langue fran?aise) and is a certified examination center for the TCF (test de connaissance du fran?ais).

The french course are provided by the french language centre within the Campus de bissy. Campus de Bissy - Bordeaux International Campus was founded in 1985 and currently welcomes over 1500 students each year. As an international campus, it welcomes students from all over the world. This language centre is very well-known for the quality of his staff (university graduates and specialized in teaching english to foreigners). Furthermore, administration can provide foreign students with all the help they might need while encountering difficulties in France.
Campus de Bissy - Bordeaux International Campus is ideally situated 20 minutes from the city center of Bordeaux, providing practical and modern facilities (brand new IT equipment) surrounded by parks and woods on 80 000 sqm of land, a perfect pleasant working environment.The campus can also provides the students with fully-furnished accomodation.
Campus de Bissy - Bordeaux International Campus successfully helps the students to get integrated into the french educational system by preparing to national exam DELF, DALF and TCF.

CLASS ORGANISATION
The french course at the language centre uses methods combining oral and written comprehension and expression (role play, discussions, presentations, ...). Furthermore, Bissy's team makes full use of the last IT and multimedia equipment (video, cd-rom, language labs, ...)

The Campus de Bissy is an official preparation centre for the following examinations and tests:
DELF (dipl?me d'¨¦tude en langue fran?aise) and DALF (dipl?me approfondi en langue fran?aise) - both exams are aimed to evaluate the oral and written level of french.
TCF (test de connaissance du fran?ais) - asseses the general level of language skills as well as the written and oral comprehension and the gramar structure.
